You do not need to choose burrs other than 98/100/102mm when you order the grinder. Other burr choice would be available in Mid August 2026, and you will still enjoy the discount and I will email everyone separately to confirm their choices.

Burr and carrier are designed to rapid swap in 102A, swapping burr can be easy and can be done in 5mins. Check the list to see the burrs compatible to our 102A.
The 100 mm flat burr is used in the Ditting 1003 series grinder, offering high grinding efficiency for various purposes.
80mm burr carrier supports EG-1 burrs, Ditting KR804/KR807 burrs, burr for Tanzania is NOT Supported.
Please note that SSP 80mm MP/Ultra burr may not suit the purpose to make light roast espresso with traditional 9bar pressure.
